The private room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a nice modern design. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided helpful tips. The breakfast options, although not included, were delicious and diverse. The location was convenient, just a short tuk tuk ride away from main sites.

I had a fantastic experience staying at a hostel in a great neighbourhood of Colombo. It was centrally-located in a calm, green area called Cinnamon Gardens. The staff at Bunkyard's Hostel was incredibly nice and the atmosphere was great. The double bed room I stayed in was spacious and clean, regularly maintained by the staff. I also enjoyed the complementary breakfast options and the convenience of being able to leave my luggage after checkout.

The staff went above and beyond by packing and transporting my belongings to the hospital after my check-up turned into an admission. The location was great, with plenty of places to explore and easy access to tuk tuks. The staff were helpful in recommending places to visit and providing a map. The hostel had a trendy and chilled atmosphere, and the beds were comfortable. Special shoutout to the lovely staff, especially Iresha, who were always friendly and went out of their way to assist. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious, with options like coconut rotis, sambol, and daal. I felt safe during my stay and would highly recommend this place.

That the locker in the room made some noise when opening and closing, which made me a bit paranoid about waking up other people.

bunkyard hostels was the cleanest, friendliest accommodation in colombo. the staff spoke excellent english and provided helpful recommendations. the beds were comfortable and each had its own universal power outlet. the bathrooms were always clean and well stocked. the location was excellent, with plenty to see and do nearby.

The hostel was really nice! It was clean and pretty beautiful! The rooms are really clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning. It has a large downstairs area that is good for hanging out in and meeting other travelers. It's in a good area a short walk to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The highlight of this hostel is Gihan though, nicest guy who helped plan my entire trip for me and even stored my large bag for 3 weeks! Great place, highly recommended.
